ANMC Copyright Statement
Rights under copyright law in Australia are retained by Council in all its publications, in whatever form, with the exception being where Council gives express approval otherwise. However, the Council considers its publications of National Standards, such as the ‘Code of Conduct and Ethics for Nurses in Australia' and the ‘ANMC National Competency Standards for Midwife, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse' should be readily accessible for use by the nursing and midwifery profession.
It has therefore been decided that, when appropriate, it will grant license under certain conditions for reproduction of its publications. The conditions are that:
No alteration to be made to the text without the written consent of the Council.
All content contained in the document, the logo of the ANMC and the copyright notice in the name of the Council be prominently displayed in the reproduction unless otherwise authorised.
Approval for the format of the reproduction to be granted by the Council.
Applications to be granted a license to reproduce ANMC publications should be made to:
The Chief Executive Officer,
PO Box 873, Dickson,
ACT 2602
AUSTRALIA.
