Only complete a Migration Skills Assessment application form if you are applying to migrate to Australia under the General Skilled Migration Category or if you have been instructed to by DIAC.

This application form is available on this site for your convenience. You can complete and submit the application form along with the required documents to the International Section - ANMAC.
The new on line application process determines the type of assessment depending on the details provided by the applicant.

Once you have completed the online application you will receive an email with on line login details. Applicants or Agents wishing to check the status/progress of an assessment can do so by following the instructions within the email. This function allows applicants to change their password, update contact details and request reissuing of determination letters. There are still issues regarding agents viewing multiple clients profiles. This problem will be recitified in the coming weeks.

If for some reason you do not have your original Letter of Determination and need a replacement, please download and print the reissue form below, complete the relevant details and return to ANMAC. The completed application form can be posted or scanned and emailed back to ANMAC international@anmac.org.au

Professional Reference Assessment
Changes to the DIAC points system from 1 July 2011 now means that applicants may require more detailed assessment of work experience in nursing and midwifery. In order to meet these new DIAC requirements, ANMAC requires applicants with pending/completed assessments to download and print the following form and post it to our office with all professional references attached. ANMAC will only assess professional references dating back 10 years, and will only assess professional references that meet ALL requirements as listed on the Online Assessment Information document which is downloadable from the quick links section of our home page. You MUST provide an ANZSCO code for each professional reference. Only provide professional references for employment as a paid registered nurse and/or midwife. Applicants with completed assessments must return their letter of determination (LOD) with the completed form and references. Please note that any application completed online after 30 June 2011 will have the new professional reference guidelines built on to the form, the above information only applies to pending assessments and assessments completed in the preceding two years.
